School Board Meeting Minutes July 10, 2008

By law, the Lovejoy School Board should have reported the serious allegations against Ted Moore to the TEA. They failed to due their job to protect the district and children. A Lovejoy resident was forced to protect district residents and filed the allegations with the TEA for independent investigation.
The School Board, aware of the serious allegations nominate Ted Moore as TASB Superintendent of the Year, vote unanimously to pay his legal fees and fight the TEA investigation, then give him a raise and contribute to his retirement fund.
If there is nothing to hide, why does Lovejoy ISD feel the need to pay Mr. Moore's legal fees?

The School Board should have immediately removed Mr. Moore from campus.

Why are Lovejoy ISD residents paying for his legal costs?
If Mr. Muziers gets a divorce, gets a traffic ticket, will we pay for those legal costs as well?
